Currently serves as Head of Real Estate of the SPX SYN group.
Prior to joining SPX, Pedro served as CEO of SYN (previously called Cyrela Commercial Properties) for nearly 6 years. He is also the founder BR Properties, where he served as Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer, from 2007 to 2015. He also served as Director of the Corporate Banking Division at Citigroup, where he was responsible for the Public and Infrastructure sectors, and as Financial Manager at Gafisa. Pedro Daltro holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Salvador (UNIFACS), and an MBA from Vanderbilt University (USA).

He previously worked as Investment Director at Autonomy Investimentos, as Head of Acquisitions and Sales at BR Properties, as Expansion Manager at McDonald’s Corp., and as Manager of the Valuation & Advisory Services area of CB Richard Ellis. Marcelo Carletti holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Mackenzie and an MBA in Real Estate from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (POLI-USP).

Joined SPX SYN in February 2021, as a Financial Analyst.
Guilherme has been working in the real estate market since 2013, with over 5 years of experience in the New Business and Acquisitions area of Cyrela, where he was responsible for acquiring land for the low-income and medium/high-end residential markets, in addition to a 2-year experience in the M&A and Sales Department at BR Properties, having been involved in acquisition transactions totaling over R$1.4 billion and asset sales transactions totaling R$1 billion. Guilherme Martins holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo and completed the General Business Program (GBP) from BTC Company.

Joined SPX SYN in February 2021, as a Financial Analyst.
Jeanny has been working in the real estate market since 2017. She assisted in the development of the first student housing operation in Brazil, and worked as a New Business Coordinator at SYN (Cyrela Commercial Properties) for 3 years, with an acquired and developed portfolio of nearly R$2 billion, in addition to having worked as a New Business Intern at Miter Realty during 1 year. Jeanny Camargo holds a double degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture, both from Universidade de São Paulo.

Joined SPX in 2022 as an intern at Real Estate Area. Momjian has previous experience at 4Student Brasil. She studies Architecture/Urbanism at Universidade São Paulo (USP).

Joined SPX in 2021 as an intern at the Investor Relations Department. He has previous experience at Fluxo Consultoria, Laboratório de Hidráulica Computacional – COPPE/UFRJ and at SANDECH Engenharia. Juan studies Civil Engineering at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).

Joined SPX at 2024 as an Intern at Real Estate area. Vitor has previous experience at Faria Lima Capital (FLCR11), HabitaSec Securitizadora S.A. and Vallya Advisors. He studies Civil Engineering at Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
